儿童缺铁性贫血与维生素A营养状况的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童缺铁性贫血与维生素A营养状况的相关性,为此病防治提供参考。方法选取本院于2018年3月至2019年3月收治的60例经临床确诊的缺铁性贫血患儿(6个月~14岁),将其作为贫血组,另选取同期接受检查查体的同年龄段健康儿童60例,将其作为对照组,测定两组血清维生素A含量,并进行比较。结果贫血组血清维生素A含量(0.90±0.33)μmol/L明显低于对照组的(1.17±0.31)μmol/L(P<0.05)。轻度贫血组(1.01±0.27)μmol/L明显高于中度(0.94±0.32)μmol/L、重度(0.83±0.35)μmol/L(P<0.05),而中、重度比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。贫血组血清维生素A正常者占比(25.00%)低于对照组(81.67%),P<0.05;轻度贫血组正常者占比(43.33%)高于中度(9.52%)、重组(0)贫血组,P<0.05。结论儿童缺铁性贫血与维生素A营养状况之间存在着密切相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between iron defi ciency anemia and vitamin A nutritional status in children,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease.Methods Sixty children(from 6 months to 14 years old)with iron defi ciency anemia diagnosed in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as anemia group,and 60 healthy children of the same age were selected as control group.Serum vitamin A levels were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The content of serum vitamin A(0.90±0.33)μmol/L in anemia group was signifi cantly lower than that in control group(1.17±0.31)μmol/L(P<0.05).Mild anemia group(1.01±0.27)μmol/L was signifi cantly higher than moderate(0.94±0.32)μmol/L,severe(0.83±0.35)μmol/L(P<0.05),but there was no signifi cant diff erence between moderate and severe anemia group(P>0.05).The proportion of normal serum vitamin A in anemia group(25.00%)was lower than that in control group(81.67%),P<0.05,while that in mild anemia group(43.33%)was higher than that in moderate(9.52%)and severe(0),P<0.05.Conclusion There is a close relationship between iron defi ciency anemia and vitamin A nutritional status in children.
