摘 要:2020年7月,教育部等六部门颁布了《关于加强新时代乡村教师队伍建设的意见》,要求进一步加强教师专业素养培养,提升教师职业胜任力。由于教育资源短缺,山区教育行政部门没有条件开展区域教师全员培养活动,只能选择以名师培养为突破口,提升区域教育质量。在此背景下名师该如何科学培养的问题成为困扰山区教育主管部门的关键问题。文章以地处浙西南山区的丽水市“绿谷双名培养工程”为例,引入TPMCK理论框架,通过分析丽水市山区名师培养的具体活动及效果,提出TPMCK视野下山区名师培养的路径,包括:自主学习能力培养、合作学习能力培养和探究学习能力培养。In July 2020,six departments including the Ministry of Education promulgated the“Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Rural Teachers in the New Era”,requiring further strengthening of teachers'professional quality training and enhancing teachers'professional competence.Due to the shortage of educational resources,the educational administrative departments in mountainous areas have no conditions to carry out regional teacher training activities.They can only choose to use famous teacher training as a breakthrough to improve the quality of regional education.In this context,the question of how to scientifically train famous teachers has become a key issue that plagues the education authorities in mountainous areas.This article takes the“Green Valley Double Name Training Project”in Lishui City in the mountainous area of southwestern Zhejiang as an example,introduces the TPMCK theoretical framework,and analyzes the specific activities and effects of the cultivation of famous teachers in the mountainous areas of Lishui City,and proposes the path of training famous teachers in mountainous areas from the perspective of TPMCK,including:Cultivation of independent learning ability,cooperative learning ability and inquiry learning ability cultivation.
