摘 要:为研究大力值静重式力标准机吊挂系统的摆动问题,以目前国内量程最大的2 MN静重式力标准机为研究对象,基于达朗贝尔原理建立吊挂系统摆动的动力学控制方程,并采用Matlab/Simulink平台仿真分析吊挂系统在自由状态及受载状态下的摆动情况。结果表明:随着应变式力传感器球头的曲率半径增大,吊挂系统的平稳性降低;球头副中滚阻摩擦系数增大,吊挂系统平稳性提高;总质心距越小的砝码组合方式对加载稳定影响越小且测量精度越高。分析结果可为大力值静重式力标准机的减振设计及最优砝码组合加载方案寻找提供理论基础。To study the problems for the oscillation of the hanging system in heavy force deadweight force standard machine,2 MN deadweight force standard machine that the range is the largest at present in China was regarded as the research object.The kinetic equation which hanger system swing was built based on D'Alembert's principle.Oscillation of hanging system was simulated under the free vibration and forced vibration conditions using Matlab/Simulink.The analysis results show that radius of head ball in load pad of strain force transducer increases,the stability of hanging system decreases and rolling resistance coefficient in load pad increases,the stability of hanging system increases.The smaller total centroid distance of the combination of weights is,the less it will affect loading stability and test precision will be improved.It provides the theory for absorption of vibration and finding the optimal loading scheme of combination of weight in heavy force deadweight force standard machine.
