摘  要:针对某型弹丸发射及测试要求,研制一套可进行膛内二次点火的抗高过载内测控制器。该装置通过触发信号识别、一次点火采样、特征参量采集、系统结构设计等方面进行的独特设计。可完成火炮膛压内二次点火控制,并对一二次点火信号,加速度及压力等参数进行采集。采用乒乓算法和分时变换的方法解决高采样率与存储容量的问题。试验结果表明,研制的系统可以在最高15000 g的高过载条件下,以100 kHz的高采样率对试验过程中的突变信号进行采集,并30 s内完成数据的回传。该装置为独立模块,方便拆装。系统还具有休眠唤醒功能,能有效避装配过程中的误触发,并可长时间处于备试状态。According to the requirement of launching and testing a certain projectile,a set of anti-high overload internal testing controller for secondary ignition in bore is developed.The device is specially designed through trigger signal recognition,primary ignition sampling,feature parameter acquisition and system structure design.It can complete the secondary ignition control in gun chamber pressure,and collect the parameters of primary and secondary ignition signal,acceleration and pressure.The problem of high sampling rate and storage capacity is solved by using table tennis algorithm and time-sharing transformation.The test results show that the developed system can collect the abrupt signal in the test process at a high sampling rate of 100 kHz under the condition of high overload up to 15000 g,and complete the data return within 30 s.The device is an independent module,which is convenient for disassembly and assembly.The system also has dormancy wakeup function,which can effectively avoid the wrong trigger in the assembly process,and can be in the standby state for a long time.
