摘　　要：数字信息技术革命促使新经济的产生。新经济作为我国当前经济革命的表现之一,一方面,对于推动我国经济发展与社会变革具有重要作用;另一方面,新经济所依赖的数字信息技术会引发环境及能源问题。个人与企业对于市场边界的侵犯会使新经济的发展走向错误的道路,解决此问题的关键在于倡导绿色发展的理念及坚持走绿色发展的道路。当今人类所面临的众多发展挑战,需要人们重新思考市场的角色、思考市场边界与伦理的关系、审视如何在进行新经济变革的过程中实现绿色发展。因此必须对生态之美与绿色共享价值理念进行重塑,同时将绿色发展与政府治理变革相联系,并且以新经济的自主创新来促进绿色发展。The revolution of digital information technology promotes the emergence of new economy.As one of the manifestations of China’s current economic revolution,the new economy,on the one hand,plays an important role in promoting China ’s economic development and social change;on the other hand,the digital information technology relied on by the new economy will cause environmental and energy problems.The infringement of market boundary by individuals and enterprises will lead the development of new economy to the wrong way. The key to solve this problem is to advocate the concept of green development and adhere to the road of green development.Today,many moral challenges need people to rethink the role of market,the relationship between market boundary and ethics,and examine how to realize green development in the process of new economic reform.The specific measures are to reshape the concept of ecological beauty and green shared value,link green development with government governance reform and promote green development with independent innovation of new economy.
