摘 要:国际组织是中国参与全球治理的重要载体,积极参与国际组织建设和发展是维护我国国家权益、展示国家形象、提升国家软实力的重要渠道。随着中国经济和政治全球影响力的提升,迫切需要大量的复合型国际组织人才,而国内这类专门人才培养刚刚起步,供求矛盾非常突出,亟须中国高校主动服务国家发展需求加以解决。为此,创新性建构兼顾国内外需要的国际组织人才培养目标体系和综合性大学国际组织人才培养机制十分必要。基于相关项目的实施情况,提出了通过跨学科培养、探究式实践、项目式教学和海内外合作的途径,以及"外语+"和"应用型学习"的新理念,培养出一批具有爱国情怀、国际视野、交叉学科知识、优秀人文素养和创新能力的复合型专业人才。International organizations are major carriers for China to participate in global governance,and active participation in international organizations and their development is a key channel for maintaining China’s national interests,national image,as well as promoting China’s soft power,so the rise of China’s economic and political impact globally puts high strategic demand on training international talents.However,the training programs in China are just at a threshold,so there is a sharp contrast in demand and supply.Chinese universities should take this responsibility for serving key national strategies in a new era.The paper aims to explore a system and mechanism of training talents for international organizations in comprehensive universities.Based on a summary of related programs in China,the paper puts forward the channels of interdisciplinary training,exploratory practice,project teaching and domestic and international cooperation,as well as the new concept of "foreign language +"and "work studies"so as to train a cohort of comprehensive and professional talents who are patriotic,have global vision,interdisciplinary knowledge and excellent humanities quality and creativity.
