摘　　要：目的:探讨O型臂导航在颈椎椎弓根螺钉置入手术中的优势和护理配合的不同,为临床O型臂导航下颈椎椎弓根螺钉置入手术的护理配合提供参考。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年3月,在本院行颈椎椎弓根螺钉置入术患者48例,分为O臂组与C臂组。23例采用O型臂导航系统下置入颈椎椎弓根螺钉术为O臂组(观察组),共置入螺钉148个;25例采用C型臂成像辅助下置入颈椎椎弓根螺钉术为C臂组(对照组),共置入螺钉152个。观察两组手术置钉准确率、术中出血量、住院时间及护理配合情况。结果:O臂组置钉准确率为99.32%优于C臂组的置钉率94.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术中出血量、住院时间少于C臂组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);O型臂导航下颈椎椎弓根螺钉置入手术在护理人员准备、术前准备工作、手术间布局、器械的管理和维护、仪器设备的管理、患者的安全管理方面有较大区别。结论:O型臂导航系统值得在临床推广使用,完善的围术期护理配合可以使O型臂导航下颈椎椎弓根螺钉置入手术顺利开展,提高手术效率。Objective:To explore the advantages and different nursing cooperation of O-arm navigation in cervical pedicle screw insertion,and provide reference for the nursing cooperation of the operation.Methods:The clinical data of 48 patients in spinal surgery of our hospital with cervical pedicle screw implantation from March 2019 to March 2020 were analyzed.Of these,23 were in the O-arm group(observation group)with a total of 148 screws were inserted into the cervical pedicle screw via O-arm navigation system,and 25 in the C-arm group(control group)with a total 152 screws inserted under the C-arm imaging assisted.The accuracy rate,bleeding volume,hospitalization time and nursing cooperation of the two groups were observed.Results:The accuracy rate of nail placement in the O-arm group was 99.32%,better than that in the C-arm group(the accuracy rate was 94.08%),the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cervical pedicle screw implantation via O-arm navigation had difference in the preparation of nursing staff,preoperative preparation,operating room layout,management and maintenance of instruments and patient safety management.Conclusion:The O-arm navigation system is worthy of popularization clinically.The perfect perioperative nursing cooperation can make the operation of cervical pedicle screw implatation under O-arm navigation navigation system carry out successfully and improve the operation efficiency.
