摘  要:在新工科视阈下,围绕传统工科专业的改造升级,地方本科院校要遵循坚持人才培养本位、立足现有专业条件、对接区域产业发展和多方参与主体高度认同等基本原则,设置产业学院;要从聚焦人才培养目标、专业课程体系、人才培养模式及协同育人效能等四个方面打通人才培养体系重构的关节点,在推进产业学院发展中,逐步实现对传统工科专业的改造升级。Under the new engineering vision,around the transformation and upgrading of traditional engineering disciplines,local undergraduate colleges and universities should follow the basic principles of insisting on talent training,basing on existing professional conditions,docking regional industrial development and high recognition of multi-participants,and set up industrial colleges.It is necessary to open up the joint points of the restructuring of the talent training system from four aspects:focusing on talent training goals,professional curriculum system,talent training mode and collaborative education efficiency,and gradually realize the transformation and upgrading of traditional engineering disciplines while promoting the development of industrial college.
