摘 要:结合上海轨道交通1号线01A02型列车空气制动系统的升级替换,文章从影响精确停车的因素、制动系统性能参数优化等方面进行分析,对车辆的制动性能进行测试与确认,实现了车辆在ATO模式下的精确停车功能。针对首次ATO对门效果欠佳,分析原因并提出了优化方案,经测试证明停车精度改善效果明显。With the upgrading and replacement of air brake system of 01A02 train for Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the precise stopping,the optimization of the performance parameters of the brake system,and tests and confirms the braking performance of the vehicle.The precise stopping function of the vehicle in ATO mode is realized.Aiming at the poor effect of precise stopping for the first time in ATO mode,the reason is analyzed and the optimization scheme is put forward.The test results show that the improvement effect of stopping accuracy is obvious.
