论新时代大学生思想政治教育质量提升理路

摘　　要：在新时代的宏大背景下,“三个意味着”的大学生思想政治教育新使命、“扎根中国大地办大学”的思想政治教育新定位、“关键在党”的大学生思想政治教育新保证、“德育为先、德学兼修”的大学生思想政治教育新路向、“四有好老师”与“四个引路人”的大学生思想政治教育新师表,丰富了大学生思想政治教育的新内涵。同时,新时代这一特定历史时期也存在大学生思想政治教育职能职责转移弱化、心理问题处置泛化、教师言传身教异化、辅导员队伍低龄化和专业课程育人虚化等五个问题。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,可尝试从把准大学生思想政治教育职能定位、完善大学生思想政治教育内容体系、改进大学生思想政治教育工作方法、建好大学生思想政治教育工作队伍等方面构建提升大学生思想政治教育质量的理路。Under the grand background of the new era, the new connotation of ideological and political education of college students was enriched, because of the new mission of ideological and political education of college students with "three meanings", the new orientation of ideological and political education of "taking root in the land of China to run universities", the new guarantee of ideological and political education of college students with "the key lying in the party", the new direction of ideological and political education of college students with "integrating the moral education and learning with moral education first", the new teacher of ideological and political education with "four good teachers" and "four guiders". At the same time, the specific historical orientation of the new era also highlights the five problems, such as the weakening of the ideological and political education functions and responsibilities of college students, the generalization of psychological problems disposal, the alienation of teachers’ teaching by words and deeds, the younger age of counselors and the lack of professional curriculum education. Guided by the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping, a rational way can be constructed to improve the quality of ideological and political education of college students from the following aspects: positioning the ide ological and political education function, improving the content system and the working methods, and building a good team of Ideological and political education for college students.
