摘 要:高浓度硫酸因水蒸气分压极低而具有良好的吸水性,被用于干燥氯碱行业中的氯气和氯化氢气体。吸水后的硫酸浓度降低,溶解有平衡量的氯气和氯化氢气体。为循环利用这些硫酸,提出采用稀硫酸真空浓缩技术。针对氯碱行业中硫酸的特点,在流程设计、设备选型、节能降耗、溶质脱除等方面进行了独特的设计。长期的实践证明:该方法解决了硫酸的环保问题,降低了企业的生产成本。High concentration sulfuric acid has good water absorption due to its extremely low water vapor partial pressure,so it is used to dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride gas in chlor-alkali industry.After sulfuric acid absorbs water,its concentration decreases,and a balance of chlorine and hydrogen chloride gas is dissolved.In order to recycle the sulfuric acid,a vacuum concentration technology of dilute sulfurie acid is proposed.According to the characteristics of sulfurie acid in chlor-alkali industry,process and equipment selection were uniquely designed to save energy,reduce consumption,and remove solute.The long-term practice shows that the method solves the environmental protection problem of sulfuric acid and reduces the production cost of the enterprise.
