摘 要:人力资本配置的好与坏、优与劣,将直接影响人力资本的供需关系,影响人力资本价值的发挥水平。论文在分析京津冀协同发展背景下的人力资本配置现状基础上,提出了优化三地人力资本配置,推动京津冀人力资本一体化、均衡化发展的相关对策建议,具有一定理论与实践应用参考价值。The good or bad,excellent or inferior allocation of human capital will directly affect the supply and demand relationship of human capital and the level of exerting the value of human capital.Based on the analysis of the current situation of human capital allocation under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the human capital allocation in the three places and promote the integration and balanced development of human capital in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,which has certain theoretical and practical application reference value.
