摘　　要：CircRNA(circular RNA)是一类不具有5′末端帽子和3′末端poly(A)尾巴的以共价键形成环形结构的特殊非编码RNA,广泛存在于真核细胞中,具有高度的保守性、特异性和稳定性。CircRNA作为竞争性内源RNA可以起到miRNA海绵体作用,还参与了转录和翻译过程,也参与了癌症的发生发展、神经精神疾病的进程和机体免疫调控等。目前circRNA在病原微生物感染中的作用越来越受到重视。本文对circRNA在常见的几种病原微生物感染过程中发挥的作用作了系统综述。Circular RNA(circRNA) is a class of special non-coding RNAs that do not have a 5′ end cap or a 3′ end poly(A) tail but form a circular structure with covalent bonds. They widely present in eukaryotic cells and are highly conserved, specific and stable. As a competitive endogenous RNA, circRNA plays the role of miRNA sponge, and also participate in the transcription and translation process, as well as the development of cancer, neuropsychiatric diseases, and immune regulation. At present, the role of circRNA in the infection of pathogenic microorganisms is getting more and more attention. In this review, we will systematically elaborate the role of circRNA in the infection of several common pathogenic microorganisms.
