摘  要:肝癌的发病率和死亡率分别位于我国恶性肿瘤的第四位和第二位,严重威胁着人类健康。缺乏有效的治疗靶点以及多药耐药是制约肝癌治疗的关键因素,因此探究肝癌的发病原因、寻找合适的靶点以及耐药根源对肝癌的治疗有重要意义。蛋白质糖基化在肝癌的生长、增殖、侵袭、转移等关键进程中发挥了重要作用。其中蛋白质岩藻糖基化形成的关键酶——岩藻糖基转移酶(fucosyltransferases,FUTs)调节的磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B, PI3K/PKB)和Notch等多种信号通路,在肿瘤进展和多药耐药性上有着重要影响,因此岩藻糖基转移酶可能是肝癌治疗的潜在靶点。本文主要阐述了岩藻糖基转移酶在肝癌发生、发展以及多药耐药中的作用。The incidence and mortality of liver cancer are the fourth and second in China’s malignant tumor, which seriously threatens human health. Lacking of liver cancer targets for treatment and its multi-drug resistance are the key factors restricting the treatment of liver cancer. Therefore, it is significant to explore the pathogenesis of liver cancer, find the appropriate target and drug-resistant source for the treatment of liver cancer. Protein glycosylation played an important role in liver cancer growth, proliferation, invasion, metastasis and other key processes. Such as fucosyltransferases(FUTs) regulated PI3K/PKB(phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B) and Notch signaling pathway in tumor progression and multidrug resistance had important influence, therefore FUTs may be a potential target for the treatment of liver cancer. This review described the role of FUTs in the occurrence, development and multidrug resistance of liver cancer.
