摘　　要：混合式教学是一种将在线学习与传统面对面教学相结合的教学模式,通过两者的优势互补,来获得最佳的教学效果。本文通过线上优质实验资源互动、线下实验实践训练讨论,颠覆教师全堂讲授、学生被动学习的传统教学模式,构建创新性的实验教学体系,推动信息技术与教学深度融合的实验课程改革和实验课堂革命,探索"生物化学实验"线上线下混合式教学方法,增加课程难度、拓展课程深度、提高教学质量,以实现"金课"建设目标。Mixed teaching is a kind of teaching mode combines online learning with traditional face-to-face teaching. Through the complementary advantages of both, we can get the best teaching effect. Through online interaction of high-quality experimental resources and discussion of offline experimental practice training, the traditional teaching mode of teachers’ lecture and students’ passive learning is subverted, innovative experimental teaching system is constructed, the experimental curriculum reform and experimental classroom revolution of the deep integration of information technology and teaching are promoted, and the "Biochemical experiment" line is explored. The online and offline hybrid teaching method can increase the difficulty of the course, expand the depth of the course and improve the quality of teaching so as to achieve the goal of "golden course".
