摘　　要：虚拟仿真"金课"是教育部近几年推出的五类"金课"之一,是为了解决真实实验条件不具备或实际操作困难,涉及高危或极端环境,以及高成本、不可逆操作、大型综合训练等实验问题。本文深度剖析了虚拟仿真实验"金课"的建设内涵,阐述了如何建设生物类虚拟仿真"金课",构建线上线下混合式教学模式及多维度的虚拟仿真实验考核方式,为推进其有效开放共享、提高虚拟仿真实验教学效果提供经验。Virtual simulation "golden course" has been launched as one of the five "golden courses" by the Ministry of Education in recent years. It aims to solve the experimental problems of insufficient experimental conditions or difficulties in actual operation, such as high risk or extreme environments, high cost, irreversible operation and large-scale comprehensive training and so on. This paper deeply analyzed the connotation of virtual simulation experiment "golden course", including how to build the biological virtual simulation "golden course", constructing the online and offline mixed teaching mode and the multi-dimensional virtual simulation experiment assessment method, mRNA.
