摘　　要：生物大分子的结构和功能是生物化学教学的重点内容之一。生命科学及医学专业的学生必须掌握糖(碳水化合物)、脂、蛋白质及核酸等基本结构特点。糖脂是含有糖基的脂类化合物,是脂类物质的一类。然而,糖脂作为一个生物化学专有名词,并未受到足够重视,常被混淆为糖和脂类。本文分析了目前国内学术界将糖和脂类误用为糖脂的现状,并简单探讨了导致这种现象的原因。The structure and function of biomacromolecule is one of the key contents of Biochemistry teaching. Students majoring in life science and medicine should master the basic structural characteristics of sugar(carbohydrate), lipid, protein and nucleic acid. Glycolipid is a type of lipid that contains a carbohydrate radical. However, as a biochemical term, glycolipid has not been paid enough attention to and is often confused as carbohydrate and lipid. This paper analyzed the misuse of carbohydrates and lipids as glycolipids in the domestic academic circles, and briefly discussed the causes of this phenomenon.
