摘　　要：Chemerin是一种新型的脂肪细胞因子,主要由脂肪组织分泌.Chemerin的生物活性作用广泛、功能复杂,在体内以前体蛋白形式存在,其C端裂解位点高度保守,由不同的蛋白水解酶作用可产生不同的生物活性.近年来,越来越多的研究发现chemerin不仅可以作为一种趋化因子诱导炎性反应,它还可作为一种涉及多个方面的脂肪因子,与许多疾病的发生发展都存在联系.文章综述了chemerin的受体、 可能的信号通路,以及chemerin在不同病理生理环境中发挥的功能,以期为基础研究或临床应用提供新的思路.Chemerin is a novel adipokine and is mainly secreted by adipose tissues.Chemerin possesses a wide array of biological activities and is functionally involved.Chemerin exists in vivo in the form of precursor protein,and its C-terminal cleavage site is highly conservative.Moreover,chemerin can produce different biological activities via the action of various proteolytic enzymes.In recent years,numerous studies have shown that chemerin not only induces inflammation as a chemokine,but also serves as a multifaceted adipokine and is associated with the development and progression of multiple diseases.This article reviewed chemerin’s receptors,signaling pathways and functions in different physiological and pathological environments,with an attempt to provide novel ideas for its basic research or clinical applications.
