摘  要:转甲状腺素蛋白(TTR)基因突变可导致多系统疾病的发生,尤其以神经系统疾病最为常见,其致病机制大多与淀粉样物质沉积有关,既往TTR基因突变所致周围神经损害的报道较多,但近年来中枢神经损害也逐渐得到关注。本文拟对TTR基因突变所致周围神经系统及中枢神经系统损害的诊治做一综述,以提高临床医师对该类疾病的认识。Transthyretin(TTR)gene mutations can lead to multi-system diseases,especially neurological diseases.Most of the pathogenic mechanisms are related to amyloid deposition.In the past,there have been many reports of peripheral nerve damage caused by TTR gene mutations,but in recent years,central nervous system damage has gradually attracted attention.This article intends to make a review of the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral nervous system and central nervous system damage caused by TTR gene mutations,in order to improve clinicians understanding of this type of disease.
