摘 要:探讨脑出血(CH)大鼠脑血肿周围组织中Mip-1、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、凝血酶受体(PAR-1)的表达变化及其意义。选取健康雄性SD大鼠72只,采用随机数字表法分为CH组和对照组各36只。结果显示,与对照组相比,CH组在大鼠尾状核出血造模后3,12,24,72 h的脑组织含水量、血肿周围组织的Mip-1,PAR-1,MMP-9蛋白显著升高,神经功能缺损评分显著降低,且有时间依赖性。结果说明CH大鼠脑血肿周围组织中的Mip-1、PAR-1、MMP-9蛋白表达上调,可能与脑组织水肿、神经功能缺损加重有关。To investigate the expression and significance of Mip-1,MMP-9 and PAR-1 in the perihematomal tissues of cerebral hemorrhage(CH)rats.Seventy-two healthy male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into two groups:CH group(caudate cerebral hemorrhage)and control group.The results showed,compared to the control group,the water content of brain tissue and the Mip-1,PAR-1 and MMP-9 proteins in the perihematomal tissues of rats in CH group were significantly higher at 3h,12h,24h and 72h after model establishment,and the neurological deficit scores of the CH group were significantly lower,which had a time-dependent manner.The results indicated that the expressions of Mip-1,PAR-1 and MMP-9 in the perihematomal tissue of CH rats is up-regulated,which may be related to brain tissue edema and increased neurological deficit.
