依托世界大学生运动会促进高校体育文化建设的思考

摘　　要：新时代对我国高校体育文化建设提出了新的要求,大型体育赛事为体育文化建设产生了积极的影响,我国承办世界大学生运动会取得了较好的社会效益,也推动了高校体育文化建设。结合成都市举办第31届世界大学生运动会,提出了推动高校体育文化建设的路径:更新观念,加强高校体育文化建设的顶层设计;结合赛会效应,加强体育文化氛围的营造;传播赛会理念,强化高校体育思想建设。The new requirement to foster sports culture in colleges and universities in China is put forward in the new era.Large scale sports events have a positive impact on the development of sports culture.China′s hosting of the Universiade has provided great social benefits.It proved that sports events help foster sports culture in colleges and universities.The 31 st Universiade in Chengdu provides the approach to foster the college sports culture: the notions of the top-level design of the college sports culture is renewed;the effect of the game helps create the college sports culture atmosphere;the conception of the game helps construct the college sports ideology.
