摘 要:目的分析围生期孕妇实施个性化营养治疗、健康管理的效果。方法 652例围产妇,按照随机分配表分为营养治疗组(125例)及对照组(527例)。营养治疗组进行个性化营养治疗与健康管理,对照组进行常规产检与治疗。分析652例围产妇的围生期营养不良结局。比较营养治疗组与对照组围生期营养不良结局。结果 652例围产妇中,巨大儿发生率为3.99%,低体重儿发生率为5.67%,妊娠期贫血发生率为53.68%。其中,轻度贫血占贫血人数的74.00%(259/350),中度贫血占贫血人数的21.14%(74/350),重度贫血占贫血人数的4.86%(17/350)。两组巨大儿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);营养治疗组低体重儿发生率为1.60%、妊娠期贫血发生率为39.20%,均低于对照组的6.64%、57.12%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化营养治疗与健康管理有利于孕妇健康和胎儿生长发育。Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nutrition therapy and health management for pregnant women during perinatal period. Methods A total of 652 perinatal women were divided into nutrition treatment group(125 cases) and control group(527 cases) according to the random allocation table. The nutrition treatment group received individualized nutrition treatment and health management, and the control group received routine check-ups and treatment. The perinatal malnutrition outcomes of 652 perinatal women were analyzed. The perinatal malnutrition outcomes were compared between the nutrition treatment group and the control group. Results Among 652 perinatal women, the incidence of macrosomia was 3.99%, the incidence of low birth weight was 5.67%, and the incidence of anemia during pregnancy was 53.68%. Among them, mild anemia accounted for 74.00%(259/350) of anemia population, moderate anemia accounted for 21.14%(74/350) of anemia population, and severe anemia accounted for 4.86%(17/350) of anemia population. There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of macrosomia between the two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of low birth weight of nutrition treatment group was 1.60% and prevalence of anemia during pregnancy was 39.20%, which were lower than 6.64% and 57.12% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nutrition treatment and health management are beneficial to the health of pregnant women and the growth and development of fetuses.
