摘　　要：国家军用印制板标准对军用印制板产品的性能提出了最基本的技术要求,是保证军用电子装备高质量交付的基石。文章基于最新军用印制板标准要求,对易出现区分困难的缺陷进行了详细的分析、界定,并研讨了部分质量特性确定的依据,以及关键技术要求的准确测量方法等。The national military printed circuit board standards put forward the most basic technical requirements for the military printed circuit board products,which is the cornerstone to guarantee the high-quality of military electronic equipment.Based on the latest military printed circuit board standard requirements,this paper analyzes and defines the defects that are prone to difficulty in differentiation,and discusses the basis of determining some quality characteristics and the accurate measurement methods of the key technical requirements.
