摘 要:通过单因素实验,探究了pH、初始磷含量、温度、装液量和接种量对聚磷菌P6-1除磷率的影响,并筛选出对其具有显著影响的3个主效因子(pH、温度和装液量)。利用Box-Behnken Design法对除磷因子进行实验设计并通过响应面法对结果进行分析,以期达到最佳除磷效率。结果表明,菌株P6-1的最佳除磷条件为温度31.1℃、pH 6.7、装液量51.5 mL,在此条件下具有最大除磷率(85.237%)。各因素对除磷率的影响大小为温度>pH>装液量。Through single factor experiment,the effects of pH,initial phosphorus content,temperature,loaded liquid and inoculum size on phosphorus removal rate of phosphorus-accumulating bacteria P6-1 were investigated,and three main factors(pH,temperature and loaded liquid)with significant influence on the phosphorus removal rate were screened out.The Box-Behnken Design method was used to design the phosphorus removal factors,and the response surface methodology(RSM)was used to analyze the results,so as to achieve the best phosphorus removal efficiency.The results showed that the optimal phosphorus removal conditions of strain P6-1 were as follows:temperature 31.1℃,pH 6.7,loaded liquid 51.5 mL,and the maximum phosphorus removal rate was 85.237%.The effect of each factor on the phosphorus removal rate was as follows:temperature>pH>loaded liquid.
