摘　　要：目的探讨风险护理对食管平滑肌瘤患者内镜下剥离电切术治疗效果与手术时间、术中出血量的影响。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月我院收治的食管平滑肌瘤患者98例,随机分为研究组(n=49)与对照组(n=49)。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用风险护理。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、满意度及不良事件发生率。结果研究组患者的手术时间与术中出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组食管穿孔、局部肿胀等不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在食管平滑肌瘤患者内镜下剥离电切术的护理过程中,应用风险护理,可以提高患者的临床治疗效果,且患者的满意度较高,不良事件发生率降低,可在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of risk nursing on the treatment effect,operation time and operation bleeding volume of patients with esophageal leiomyoma.Methods A total of 98 patients with esophageal leiomyoma admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly set as the study group(n=49)and the control group(n=49).The control group used routine care,and the study group used risk nursing.The operation time,operation bleeding volume,satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and operation bleeding volume of the study group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as esophageal perforation and local swelling in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with esophageal leiomyoma undergoing endoscopic dissection and resection,the application of risk nursing can improve the clinical treatment effect of the patient,with higher patient satisfaction and lower incidence of adverse reactions,and it can be promoted and applied clinically.
