摘　　要：针对《神经网络理论及应用》课程知识内容抽象、应用领域复杂等特点,设计神经网络实践教学案例,以提升课程教学质量,培养学生逻辑思维。重点研究了应用于红酒品种分类方面的BP神经网络实践教学案例,阐述了案例设计流程,描述了BP神经网络的结构及算法,并给出了案例的Matlab仿真结果,为《神经网络理论及应用》课程实践教学提供了案例参考。According to the characteristics of the course of neural network theory and application, such as abstract knowledge content and complex application fields, the paper designs a case of neural network practice teaching, so as to improve the teaching quality and cultivate the students’ logical thinking ability. This paper focuses on the practical teaching case of BP neural network applied to the classification of red wine varieties, expounds the design process of the case,describes the structure and algorithm of BP neural network, and gives the MATLAB simulation results of the case, which provides a case reference for the practical teaching of the course " Theory and Application of Neural Network".
