摘　　要：探讨我国青少年健康管理研究热点及前沿趋势,推动青少年健康管理的理论研究与实践发展。运用Citespace V 5.5可视化软件,对2000—2019年CNKI收录的我国青少年健康管理的核心期刊文献进行可视化分析。结果 132篇研究呈“先缓增、后波动、骤上升”的态势,初步形成了一定的科研团队;研究主要聚焦组织与管理、健康管理、健康促进、学生保健服务等8个高频关键词。热点主要围绕青少年健康管理现状与政策法规、青少年健康管理干预与防控、青少年视力保健与青少年健康管理公共卫生体系建设四个方面展开;前沿呈现出治疗多手段干预、防控多路径联合、建设健康管理综合体的青少年健康管理新趋势。提出要建立青少年健康管理综合体,学者跨界合作,构建青少年健康促进行为规范,加强青少年健康管理防控联动机制研究。Objective:To explore the hot spot and frontier trend of adolescent health management research in China and promote its development.Methods:CitespaceV 5.5 visualization software was used for analysis.Results:132 studies showed a trend of"slow increase,then fluctuation,and sudden rise".Medical schools and hospitals initially formed a certain research team.The research focuses on 8 high-frequency keywords,such as organization and management,health management,health promotion,and student health services,etc.Conclusion:The research focuses on four aspects:current situation and policies of adolescent health management,adolescent health management intervention and prevention and control,adolescent vision care and adolescent health management public health system construction.At the forefront of the research,there is a new trend of the combination of treatment,intervention,prevention and control of multiple pathways to improve adolescent vision health.Suggestions:To establish a complex of adolescent health management,promote the cooperation between scholars across borders,construct norms of adolescent health promotion behaviors,and strengthen the research on the linkage mechanism of prevention and control of adolescent health management.
