摘　　要：实践教学环节是工科专业教学体系中的重要组成部分,在人才培养体系发挥着重要作用。面对新工科的卓越工程师教育培养计划,道桥专业实践教学特别是合作育人效果亟待完善和提高。文章从学校、企业与学生等角度分析实践教学存在的问题,提出了加强实践教学师资队伍建设、思想教育、实践全过程管理和考核等方法与措施,切实强化实践教学。Practice teaching is an important part of the teaching system of engineering specialty and plays an important role in the personnel training system.Facing the Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan of the Emerging Engineering Education,the effect of the practical teaching of the road and bridge engineer specialty,especially the cooperative education,needs to be improved.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of schools,enterprises and students,and puts forward methods and measures to enhance the development of the teaching team,ideological education,the management and assessment of the whole process of practical teaching,so as to strengthen practical teaching.
