摘　　要：辅导员作为主要的思想道德工作主体",立德树人"要成为其开展思想道德工作的基础性理念。文章对"立德树人"理念下辅导员思想道德工作开展状况进行分析,并就如何更好地开展相关工作提出合理建议。The idea of"building morality and cultivating talents"has become a mature educational concept in higher education.For counselors,the main force of ideological and moral work,the idea of"building morality and cultivating talents"should become the basic concept in carrying out the ideological and moral work.This paper analyzes the development of counselors'ideological and moral work under the concept of"building morality and cultivating talents",and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to better carry out the education work.
