基于卓越医师培养的人体结构学题库建设实践与思考

摘　　要：扎实的人体结构学知识是提高医学生基本医学素质和实现卓越医师培养目标的重要保障。在调查学生需求的基础上,参考国家执业医师考试题型建设题库,该题库为学习人体结构学知识提供便利,满足课下学习人体结构学知识的需要,注重与临床知识的衔接,提升学习兴趣和扩展知识面。实践证明该题库能够提高学生的考试正确率,学生认可该题库在学习人体结构学知识中的作用。该题库的建设便于学生掌握人体结构学知识,有利于学生养成自主学习的习惯,能够为卓越医师的培养提供帮助。Solid knowledge of Human Body is considered the guarantee for improving the quality of medical education and achieving the goal of training outstanding physicians.Based on the survey of students’requirements,the question bank was constructed according to the question type of National Medical Practitioners Qualifying Examination,which provides convenience for learning human body structure knowledge,meets the needs of learning after class,pays attention to the connection with clinical knowledge,enhances learning interest and expands knowledge.After the practice on this question bank,the correct answer rate of the student’s final test increased significantly,and the role of this bank in learning Human Body was approved by the students who used this bank.The construction of the question bank is a benefit for students to master the knowledge of Human Body,the practice test by this bank is helpful for students to develop the habit of independent learning and train outstanding physicians.
