摘 要:目的探讨SAM68与SENP-1在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2014年1月至2018年1月在本院未经相关治疗初次行穿刺活检或手术切除的前列腺组织标本94例,免疫组化法检测50例前列腺癌组织和44例良性前列腺增生组织中SAM68与SENP-1的表达情况,并结合临床病理学资料进行统计分析。结果免疫组化结果显示:SAM68与SENP-1在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于前列腺增生组织(P<0.001)。SENP-1与SAM68的表达均与分化程度、TNM分期及骨转移相关(P<0.05);相关性分析显示:SENP-1与SAM68表达呈正相关(r=0.463,P<0.001)。结论 SAM68与SENP-1在前列腺癌组织中高表达,并与前列腺癌的发生和恶性进展有关,且有望成为前列腺癌诊断和治疗的潜在靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of SAM68 and SENP-1 in prostate cancer tissues,their correlation and their clinical significance.Methods From January 2014 to January 2018,94 patients with the first stage of biopsy or surgical resection of the No.901 hospital of thepeople'sliberation army joint service support force without relevant treatment were collected.Fifty cases of prostate cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The expression of SAM68 and SENP-1 in 44 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia,combined with clinical pathological data for statistical analysis.Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression rate of SAM68 and SENP-1 in prostate cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal prostate tissues(P<0.001).The expressions of SENP-1 and SAM68 were correlated with differentiation,TNM stage and bone metastasis(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that SENP-1 was positively correlated with SAM68 expression(r=0.463,P<0.001).Conclusions The high expression of SAM68 and SENP-1 in prostate cancer may be related to the occurrence and malignant progression of prostate cancer,and it is expected to be a potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
