摘 要:"白话文"作为五四"文学革命"的话语表征,只有置放于母语文学现代性重构的进程中,才能领会其价值意义。胡适对新文学的"建设性"贡献经历了一个从"白话文学"到"国语的文学,文学的国语"的过程。这是一个不断探索、修订、演化和发展的历程。正是在这个过程或历程中,胡适的(文学)语言观乃至文学思想无形中指向以母语文学为底蕴的"文统",其本质是对(现代)母语文学的想象性构设。诚然,这种想象性构设仅停留在"尝试"阶段,体现在其话语阐发中则表现为一种"片面"的"真识",但却为中国新文学的发展开启了一扇门。各种语言资源得以拥入,其中所昭示的正是文学母语融合与母语文学重构的趋势。"Vernacular"is the discourse representation of the"literary revolution"of the May 4th Movement.Its significance can be understood only when it is placed in the modernity reconstruction of mother tongue literature.Hu Shi made a"constructive"contribution to the new literature.This is a process from"vernacular literature"to"mandarin literature,the mandarin of literature".This is a process of continuous exploration,revision,evolution and development.In this process,Hu Shi’s language view and literary thought point to the"cultural tradition"of mother tongue literature.Its essence is the imaginative construction of mother tongue literature.This kind of imaginative construction only stays in the"try"stage,but it opens a door for the development of Chinese new literature.As a result,all kinds of language resources can be entered,which proves to be a trend of the integration of literature into mother tongue languages and reconstruction of mother tongue literature.
