摘 要:目的了解四川省市售植物性食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质(PAEs)的污染状况,计算通过摄入植物性食用油中PAEs的膳食暴露量,对四川省居民膳食暴露风险进行初步评价。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法对四川省市售的298份植物性食用油样品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质进行测定。采用植物性食用油中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)的平均含量,结合居民食物油每日平均消费量,计算四川省居民经植物性食用油摄入的DBP和DEHP水平,并与DBP和DEHP的的每日可耐受摄入量(TDI)进行比较,初步评估四川省居民经植物性食用油摄入的PAEs的健康风险。结果植物性食用油中DBP检出率为59.4%,总体均值为0.30mg/kg,最高检出浓度为9.78 mg/kg,超标率为19.5%;DEHP检出率为60.7%,总体均值为0.70 mg/kg,最高检出浓度为26.1 mg/kg,超标率为3.0%;DINP检出率为41.3%,总体均值为0.92 mg/kg,最高检出浓度为26.1 mg/kg,超标率为0.7%。四川省居民经植物性食用油摄入的DBP、DEHP和DINP暴露量均值分别为0.242、0.379和0.742μg/kg BW,均低于健康指导值。结论四川省居民经植物性食用油摄入的PAEs的健康风险较低。Objective To investigate the pollution status of phthalates(PAEs)in vegetable oil,to calculate the dietary intake of dibutyl phthalate(DBP),bis(2-ethyhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)and diisononyl phthalate(DINP),and to assess the exposure risk of residents in Sichuan province.Methods A total of 298 samples were collected in Sichuan province,the separation and quantification 16 PAEs in vegetable oil were performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in selected ion monitoring(SIM)mode.The exposure of DBP,DEHP and DINP were calculated based on the food consumption data.The health risk was assessed by comparing the exposure with tolerable daily intake(TDI).Results The detection rate of DBP was59.4%with the mean concentration of 0.30 mg/kg,and the highest concentration was 9.78 mg/kg;the detection rate of DHEP was 60.7%with the mean concentration of 0.70 mg/kg,and the highest concentration was 26.1 mg/kg;the detection rate of DINP was 41.3%with the mean concentration of 0.92 mg/kg,and the highest concentration was 26.1 mg/kg.The exceeding standard rate of DBP,DEHP and DINP were 19.5%,3.0%and 0.7%,respectively.In accordance with the mean value of food consumption estimates,the DBP,DEHP and DINP exposure of local residents were 0.242μg/kg BW,0.379μg/kg BW and 0.742μg/kg BW,respectively;which were all below the TDI.Conclusion The dietary intake of PAEs from vegetable oil of residents in Sichuan province is considerably below the TDI.
