摘 要:目的简要阐述瑞典公共卫生硕士(MPH)培养模式,结合我国培养现状,为我国MPH改革与发展提供参考意见。方法通过网络搜索、文献查询获取瑞典MPH教育信息,结合笔者瑞典求学经历,以卡罗林斯卡医学院为例,从培养目标、课程设置、教学方法、学生综合素质培养等方面进行分析。结果瑞典MPH教育以学习成果为导向,目标明确,注重培养学生团队合作、学术道德及应对全球公共卫生与可持续发展问题的能力。结论我国MPH培养需明确各专业方向培养目标;加强学生医学人文教育;结合社会与行业发展需求设立MPH新方向;聚焦国际公共卫生与可持续发展问题,进行MPH国际项目的试点探索。Objective The aim of this study was to briefly describe the training on master of public health(MPH)in Sweden,and provide suggestions for the reform and development of MPH in China.Methods Taking Karolinska Institutet as an example,web search and literature review were applied to get the information from perspectives of learning outcomes,curriculum settings,teaching methods,students’comprehensive skills training,etc.Results MPH education in Sweden is based on learning outcomes.It focuses on cultivating students’abilities of teamwork,medical humanities spirit,global public health problems and sustainable developments.Conclusion Training of MPH in China needs to clarify objectives of various concentrations.Strengthening the cultivation of ethics and medical humanities,and concentrating on global public health and sustainable development issues should be taken into consideration too.To fulfill the needs of social and disciplinary development,it is necessary to set new directions as well as global programs of MPH with remarkable Chinese characteristics.
