胃溃疡患者运用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合抗生素治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究胃溃疡患者使用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合抗生素的治疗效果。方法 364例胃溃疡患者,使用随机数字法将其分为对照组(179例)和观察组(185例)。对照组患者使用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊联合羟氨苄青霉素、克拉霉素进行治疗,观察组患者使用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合羟氨苄青霉素、克拉霉素进行治疗。治疗1个疗程后,对比两组患者幽门螺杆菌消除率及溃疡面愈合情况。结果观察组幽门螺杆菌清除率76.75%高于对照组的50.83%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=26.529, P<0.05)。观察组溃疡面总愈合率56.76%高于对照组的35.20%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=17.018, P<0.05)。结论使用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合抗生素治疗胃溃疡可以有效清除幽门螺杆菌,提升溃疡面愈合率,效果较好。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules combined with antibiotics in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 364 patients with gastric ulcer were divided into control group(179 cases) and observation group(185 cases) according to random numerical table. Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules combined with amoxicillin and clarithromycin, and patients in the observation group were treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules combined with amoxicillin and clarithromycin. After 1 course of treatment, the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and the healing of ulcer surface were compared between the two groups. Results The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori 76.75% of the observation group was higher than 50.83% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=26.529, P<0.05). The total healing rate of ulcer surface 56.76% of the observation group was higher than 35.20% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=17.018, P<0.05). Conclusion Rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsules combined with antibiotics shows good effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer, which can effectively eliminate Helicobacter pylori and improve the healing rate of ulcer surface.
