双创背景下应用型农业院校大学生专利教育探索

摘　　要：为提高应用型农业院校大学生专利能力,全面提升创新创业素质,文章论述了专利能力与创新的关系,指出了进行专利教育的必要性。提出了以第一课堂为主、第二课堂为辅的多种教育渠道相结合的专利教育模式,通过多种教学实践方法和考核方式改革等途径进行专利教育,取得了良好效果。The relationship between patent ability and innovation was discussed,and the necessity of patent education was pointed out in the paper,in order to improve the patent ability of college students in application-oriented agricultural colleges and universities,and comprehensively improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship.A patent education mode was put forward which is based on the first classroom and supplemented by the second classroom.By adopting various teaching practice methods and reforming examination methods,patent education has achieved good results.
