摘  要:本文以提高混合励磁同步电机调速系统的控制性能为目标进行研究。首先,针对电流环各电流分量与转速之间的非线性耦合问题,提出采用电压前馈补偿算法来实现电流的动态解耦,提高系统的动态性能;其次,设计基于负载转矩观测的滑模速度控制器来弥补电压前馈补偿算法依赖电机参数的问题;最后,为了在保证电机动静态性能的基础上进一步提高电机的运行效率,采用铜耗最小的效率优化控制算法。仿真结果表明,与传统控制算法相比,采用本文改进的控制算法设计的混合励磁同步电机调速系统的动态性能有所提高,系统在转速或转矩突变时的电流脉动和转速波动减小、电机的效率提高。The aim of this paper is to improve the control performance of the Hybrid Excitation Synchronous Motor speed control system.Firstly,aiming at the nonlinear coupling between the current components and the speed of the current loop,a voltage feedforward compensation algorithm is proposed to realize the dynamic decoupling of the current and improve the dynamic performance of the system.Secondly,the sliding mode based on the load torque observation is designed.The speed controller compensates for the problem that the voltage feedforward compensation algorithm depends on the motor parameters.Finally,in order to further improve the operating efficiency of the motor on the basis of ensuring the dynamic and static performance of the motor,the efficiency optimization control algorithm with the least copper consumption is adopted.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional control algorithm,the dynamic performance of the hybrid excitation synchronous motor speed control system designed by the improved control algorithm is improved,the system pulsation and speed fluctuation are reduced when the speed or torque is sudden,and the efficiency of the motor is improved.
