胃癌患者组织中p53、axin蛋白表达与hp感染和病理特征的关系分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中P53、轴蛋白(Axin)表达与幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染和病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析2017年2月-2019年5月医院收治的88例经病理证实的胃癌患者的临床资料。检测并统计胃癌组织及癌旁组织P53、Axin蛋白表达情况;检测胃癌组织中Hp感染情况,依据是否发生Hp感染将其分为Hp感染者与未感染者,统计Hp感染者与未感染者胃癌组织中P53、Axin蛋白表达情况;对比不同病理特征患者胃癌组织中P53、Axin蛋白表达情况。结果胃癌组织中P53蛋白阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),胃癌组织中Axin蛋白阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);Hp感染者的P53蛋白阳性表达率显著高于未感染者(P<0.05),Axin蛋白阳性表达率显著低于未感染者(P<0.05);低分化程度、有淋巴结转移、浸润肌层/浆膜层的患者的P53蛋白表达率显著高于高、中分化程度、无淋巴结转移、浸润黏膜/黏膜下层的患者的P53蛋白阳性表达率(P<0.05),低分化程度、有淋巴结转移、浸润肌层/浆膜层的患者的Axin蛋白阳性表达率显著低于高、中分化程度、无淋巴结转移、浸润黏膜/黏膜下层的患者的Axin蛋白阳性表达率(P<0.05)。结论胃癌伴Hp感染者组织中P53蛋白阳性表达率高、Axin蛋白阳性表达率低,且P53、Axin蛋白与胃癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度关系密切。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P53 and Axin and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and pathological characteristics in gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with pathologically proved gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of P53 and Axin in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected and counted.Detection of Hp infection in gastric cancer tissues,according to whether Hp infection occurs,it is divided into Hp infected and uninfected,statistics of Hp infected and uninfected gastric cancer tissues P53,Axin protein expression.The expression of P53 and Axin protein in gastric cancer tissues of patients with different pathological characteristics.Results The positive expression rate of P53 protein in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05),the positive expression rate of Axin protein in gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of P53 protein in patients with Hp infection was significantly higher than that in non-infected ones(P<0.05).The rate was significantly lower than that of uninfected patients(P<0.05).The expression rates of P53 protein of patients with low differentiation and lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those of patients with high,moderate differentiation and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression rates of Axin protein of patients with low differentiation and lymph node metastasis were significantly lower than those of patients with high,moderate differentiation and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of P53 protein in gastric cancer tissues with Hp infection is high,but the positive rate of Axin protein is low.P53 and Axin proteins are closely related to the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer tissues and lymph node metastasis.
