摘  要:沪通长江大桥主航道桥为双塔三索面钢桁梁公铁两用斜拉桥,主跨度1092 m,主塔高330 m,采用三片主桁的箱桁组合结构,每个主桁节点均设有横联。主梁上弦公路面采用正交异性整体钢桥面板,主梁下弦铁路面采用与弦杆焊接的整体钢箱作为桥面。由于主跨跨度和桥梁总长均超过实际列车及到发线的长度,依据现行规范活载按无限长度加载不合理。设计活载的加载标准、实际试验车辆编组和加载轮位均与传统方式有区别。依据我国铁路活载标准和客货运铁路活载现状、到发线长度与牵引定数并结合结构的影响线,本文主要研究在不同控制断面下如何确定铁路层车辆编组和加载轮位,采用配载、微调加载车辆和移动加载轮位的方式使试验荷载效率基本满足规范的要求。The main channel bridge of the Shanghai-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge is a double-tower,three-cable plane steel truss girder rail-cum-road cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 1092 m and a main tower height of 330 m.It uses a box-truss composite structure with three main trusses,and each main truss node is equipped with horizontal links.The upper chord road deck of the main girder adopts an orthotropic integral steel bridge deck,and the lower chord railway deck of the main girder adopts an integral steel box welded with the chord as the bridge deck.Because both the main span and the total length of the bridge exceed the actual length of the train and the arrival-departure track,it is unreasonable to load the live load at an unlimited length according to the current code.The loading standard of the design live load,the actual test vehicle marshalling and the loading wheel position are different from the traditional ways.According to the standard of live load of national railway and the current status of passenger and freight railway live load,the length of arrival-departure line and the hauling fixed number combined with the influence line of the structure,the research purpose is to study how to determine the appropriate vehicle marshalling and the loading wheel position at the railway level under different control sections.Stowage,fine adjustment of the loading vehicle and moving the loading wheel position are applied to meet the requirements of the code in terms of load efficiency.
