摘  要:重载铁路小半径曲线地段钢轨侧磨问题突出,主要原因是车辆经过曲线时轮轨接触状态不良,出现轮缘贴靠钢轨的现象。利用UM软件建立C80货车的重车模型,采用Fastsim算法仿真计算得出了理想状态下曲线地段轮轨接触点的位置及轮缘贴靠钢轨时的临界速度,分析了曲线半径、外轨超高对临界速度的影响及外轨超高、轨距加宽对钢轨侧磨的磨耗功率的影响。研究结果表明:随着货车在曲线地段上运行速度的提高,前转向架导向轮首先发生轮缘贴靠,轮轨接触点主要分布在轨距角附近;发生轮缘贴靠的临界速度随着曲线半径和外轨超高的增大而增大;随着车速的提高,其他外轮也可能发生轮缘贴靠;曲线半径是影响轮缘贴靠临界速度的决定因素,曲线半径大于800 m时,常速运行的货车不会发生轮缘贴靠;曲线半径为300 m时,轨距加宽有利于降低钢轨侧磨的磨耗功率。The problem of rail side wear in small radius curve section of heavy haul railway is prominent.The main reason is that the wheel rail contact state is not good when the vehicle passes the curve,and the wheel flange is close to the rail.The heavy vehicle model of C80 freight car was established by using UM software.The position of wheel rail contact point and the critical speed of wheel flange close to rail in curve section were calculated by Fastsim algorithm under ideal condition.The influence of curve radius and outer rail superelevation on critical speed and the influence of outer rail superelevation and gauge widening on rail side wear power were analyzed.The results show that with the speed increase of the freight cars in curve section,the wheel flange contact first happens on the front bogie guide wheel,and the wheel rail contact points are mainly distributed near the gauge angle.The critical speed of the wheel flange contact increases with the increase of the curve radius and the superelevation of the outer rail.With the increase of vehicle speed,the wheel flange contact of other outer wheels may also happen.The curve radius is the decisive factor affecting the critical speed of wheel flange contact.When the curve radius is greater than 800 m,the freight car running at constant speed will not have wheel flange contact.When the curve radius is 300 m,the widening of gauge is beneficial to reduce the wear power of rail side wear.
