摘 要:随着机车车辆轴重的增加、列车牵引质量和运行速度的提高,大准(大同—准格尔旗)铁路小半径曲线地段钢轨侧磨大幅度上升,线路设备使用寿命降低。选取大准铁路小半径曲线、长大坡道等典型地段钢轨进行长期观测和试验,分析钢轨磨耗、伤损特征,探寻延长线路设备使用寿命的方法。结果表明,使用PG4钢轨、Ⅲ型混凝土枕、Ⅰ级道砟,优化曲线半径、曲线长度、转角、超高等曲线参数,适时进行钢轨打磨,实行检养修分开制度,能够减少钢轨磨耗,抑制钢轨伤损的形成和发展,提高大准铁路轨道的优良率。With the increase of axle load of locomotive,the improvement of tractive tonnage and running speed,the side wear of rail in small radius curve section of Datong-Zhunger railway increases greatly,which leads to the decrease of service life of track equipment.Long term observation and test were carried out on rails in typical sections such as small radius curve and long steep grade of Datong-Zhunger railway,so as to analyze the rail wear and the damage characteristics,and discuss the methods to prolong the service life of track equipment.The results show that the use of PG4 rail,Ⅲ-type concrete sleeper and I-grade ballast,optimizing the curve radius,curve length,angle,superelevation and other curve parameters,timely rail grinding,and the implementation of separation system of inspection,maintenance and repair can reduce rail wear,inhibit the formation and development of rail damage,and improve the excellent rate of Datong-Zhunger railway track.
