摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定薰衣草茎叶中熊果酸、齐墩果酸、绿原酸、迷迭香酸含量的方法。结果表明:通过精密度、稳定性、重复性、加样回收试验,确定仪器精密度良好、样品溶液稳定、方法可靠。测得薰衣草茎叶中熊果酸、齐墩果酸、绿原酸和迷迭香酸含量分别为1.78%、0.34%、0.31%和0.48%,可为薰衣草的综合利用提供基础数据。A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of ursolic acid,oleanolic acid and chlorogenic acid and rosemary acid in lavender stems and leaves was established.The results showed that the precision,stability,repeatability and sample recovery test were used to confirm that the instrument had good precision,sample solution was stable and the method was reliable.The contents of ursolic acid,oleanolic acid,chlorogenic acid and rosemary acid in the stems and leaves of lavender were 1.78%,0.34%,0.31%and 0.48%,respectively.The above results can provide basic data for the comprehensive utilization of lavender.
