摘 要:目的为更好地对苦瓜多糖规模化提取,对其影响因素进行考察,从而优化苦瓜多糖提取的工艺。方法在现有的工艺基础上,进一步考察酶用量,水料比,苦瓜贮存条件等影响因素,确定苦瓜多糖规模化提取的最佳条件。结果确定了苦瓜多糖规模化提取的优化条件。结论通过试验优化了苦瓜多糖生物酶提取的工艺,减少了生产过程对环境的污染,简化了生产环节,降低了生产成本,打开了规模化生产的途径。Objective To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide from Momordica charantia and investigate the extraction influencing factors for better scale extraction.Methods On the basis of the existing technology,the influencing factors such as enzyme dosage,water ratio,storage condition of bitter gourd were further investigated,and the optimal conditions for the scale extraction of bitter gourd polysaccharide were determined.Results The optimal conditions for the scale extraction of polysaccharide from bitter gourd were determined.Conclusion The process of extraction of polysaccharide bioenzymes from bitter gourd was optimized,the pollution of environment was reduced,the production link was simplified,the production cost was reduced,and the way of large-scale production was opened.
