摘 要:以微晶纤维素为原料制备油脂脱酸剂,对制备条件及脱酸条件进行研究。考察制备条件碱液质量分数、料液比、反应时间和温度对脱酸效果的影响,通过单因素及正交试验得到最佳制备条件为:碱液质量分数20%、料液比1∶35(g/mL)、反应时间2 h、反应温度50℃。考察脱酸条件碱性微晶纤维素添加量、脱酸温度和时间对脱酸效果的影响,得到最佳脱酸条件为:碱性微晶纤维素添加量1.2%,脱酸时间90 min,脱酸温度70℃。With microcrystalline cellulose as raw material,the preparation and application of oil deacidification agent was studied.The influences of mass fraction of alkali,ratio of solid to liquid,treatment time and temperature on deacidification effect were investigated.The best procedure and the optimum preparation conditions of oil deacidification agent using microcrystalline cellulose were obtained as follows:mass fraction of alkali 20%,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶35(g/mL),treatment time 2 h and treatment temperature 50℃.The influences of modified microcrystalline cellulose dosage,treatment time and temperature on deacidification effect were investigated.The optimum deacidification conditions were obtained as follows:modified microcrystalline cellulose dosage 1.2%,treatment time 90 min,treatment temperature 70℃.
