摘 要:为实现奶粉生产的自动配料、自动称量、自动监控,提高生产企业自动化程度,设计一种基于DSP芯片TMS320F2812的自动配料称量控制系统。分析奶粉自动配料称量工艺的整体流程,给出奶粉称量的控制原理;对控制系统硬件进行设计,在硬件结构基础上对控制系统软件进行设计;结果表明,控制系统可自动完成奶粉配料称量,对提升企业自动化程度、提高企业生产效率具有应用价值。In order to realize the automatic batching,weighing and monitoring of milk powder production,and to improve the automation level of production enterprises,an automatic batching and weighing control system based on DSP TMS320 F2812 is designed.The whole process of milk powder automatic ingredient weighing is analyzed,and the control principle of milk powder weighing is given;The hardware of the control system is designed,and the software of the control system is designed based on the hardware structure;The experimental data show that the control system can automatically complete the milk powder ingredients and weighing,which has a certain significance for improving the enterprise automation and production efficiency.
