摘　　要：目的探讨MR 3D-CUBE T1序列在诊断颅内静脉血栓(CVT)中的价值.方法回顾性选取临床疑似CVT的患者38例.以DSA作为诊断CVT的金标准,分别从患者和静脉窦血管节段2个水平来计算3D-CUBE T1序列对CVT的诊断效能.结果本研究最终纳入了16例(共160个血管节段)临床疑似CVT患者.以DSA作为诊断CVT的金标准,3D-CUBE T1序列在患者水平诊断CVT的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为100%、75%、92.3%和100%;在血管节段水平诊断CVT的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为88.2%、98.4%、93.8%和96.9%.结论3D-CUBE T1序列在诊断CVT与DSA结果有较高的一致性,其能够高度准确显示CVT,有望成为一种安全、可靠的CVT诊断技术并广泛应用于临床.Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MR 3D-CUBE T1sequence for cerebral venous thrombosis(CVT).Methods A retrospective collection of images and clinical data of 38 patients with suspected CVT was conducted.The diagnostic criteria of CVT was DSA.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 3D-CUBE T1sequence for the diagnosis of CVT were calculated on patient and segment level respectively.Results In this study,16 patients(a total of 160 vascular segments)with clinically suspected CVT were included.With DSA as the diagnostic criteria of CVT,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 3D-CUBE T1sequence for the diagnosis of CVT on patient level were 100%,75%,92.3%and 100%respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 3D-CUBE T1sequence for the diagnosis of CVT on segment level were 88.2%,98.4%,93.8%and 96.9%respectively.Conclusion 3D-CUBE T1sequence can be used to diagnose CVT with excellent agreement compared with DSA.It can highly accurate show CVT and is expected to be a safe and reliable CVT diagnostic technique and widely used in clinical practice.
