苯丙酮尿症患者并发种痘样水疱病样EB病毒感染相关淋巴组织增殖性疾病1例

摘　　要：患者女,14岁,全身红斑、溃疡伴脓性分泌物6个月。皮损组织病理示:镜下表皮局部坏死、结痂,棘细胞水肿,局部水疱形成,真皮内可见大片坏死,淋巴细胞、组织细胞增生,EBER阳性。免疫组织化学示:CD3(+)、CD43(+)。原位杂交:EBER(+)。诊断:EB病毒感染相关淋巴组织增殖性疾病。A 14-year-old female patient had erythema,ulcers and purulent secretions all over her body for 6 months.Skin histopathology revealed microscopic hypodermal local necrosis,scab,spinous cell edema,local blister formation,large necrosis visible in the dermis,as well as lymphocytes and histiocyte hyperplasia,and EBER(+).Immunohistochemistry showed CD3(+)and CD43(+).In situ hybridization revealed EBER(+).Diagnosis of lymphoproliferative disease associated with EB virus infection was made.
