浅析科技型中小企业合同评审问题及对策建议

摘　　要：对于科技型企业,合同评审在其经营管理工作中必不可少,是合同管理风险管控的重要环节,但很多中小企业在进行合同评审时,还存在着重视不够、职责不清等诸多问题,这不仅增加了企业的经营风险,甚至可能会造成经济损失。论文对科技型中小企业合同评审管理工作进行了现状及问题分析,提出了加大重视力度、明确评审职责等对策及建议,为科技型中小企业开展相关工作提供参考。For science and technology enterprises,contract review is indispensable in their operation and management,and is an important part of contract management risk control.However,many small and medium-sized enterprises still have many problems such as insufficient attention and unclear responsibilities in contract review.It not only increases the business risk of the enterprise,and may even cause economic losses.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the contract review and management of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as paying more attention to and clarifying the review responsibilities,so as to provide reference for small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises to carry out relevant work.
