摘　　要：思想政治教育实践中的利益生成于主体客体化和客体主体化的同一相互作用过程中,教育者在传授过程中将自身力量外化至受教育者,实现主体客体化是获得利益;受教育者在接受过程中将来自教育者的客体事物,经过自己的选择、加工使之成为满足自身需要的主体性的东西,实现客体主体化也是获得利益。利益的生成受社会环境条件的制约,人创造环境,同样环境也影响人。在中国特色社会主义事业“五位一体”总体布局中,审视新时代人的利益生成的机遇与挑战,从当前政治、经济、文化、社会和生态文明建设的要求出发,着眼于人的利益的实现和发展,既按照外部环境建设要求创造出有利于思想政治教育活动开展的新的内部环境,又发挥思想政治教育反作用于外部利益环境的利益功能,从而达到思想政治教育利益生成的目的。而这样一个环境创造与优化的过程,正是各方面利益主体全方位思想政治教育利益得以实现的过程,也是思想政治教育属性发展、价值完善和功能拓展的新实践。The interest in the practice of ideological and political education is generated in the same interaction process of subject objectification and object subjectification.Educators externalize their own strength to the educated in the process of teaching,and to realize the objectification of subject is to obtain benefits;in the process of receiving education,the object things from the educator are selected and processed into the subjective things to meet their own needs,the realization of the subjectivity of the object also gains benefits.However,the generation of interests is restricted by the social environment.People create the environment,and the environment also creates people.We should examine the opportunities and challenges of the generation of human interests in the new era,examine the requirements of the“five in one”socialist cause with Chinese characteristics on the construction of political,economic,cultural,social and ecological environment from the perspective of interests,and focus on the realization and development of human interests exhibition not only creates a new internal environment that is conducive to the development of ideological and political education activities in accordance with the requirements of external environment construction,but also plays the role of ideological and political education in counteracting the external interest environment.Such a process of environment creation and optimization is the process of realizing the interests of all stakeholders in ideological and political education,and is also the development of ideological and political education attributes new practice of exhibition,value improvement and function expansion.
