摘  要:为了提高学生的工程实践能力,探讨了基于项目驱动的运动控制实验室开放模式,并进行了实践。依据机械领域运动控制相关项目的复杂程度与解决方案的综合性,将项目解决方案所需的知识、能力与素养进行重新分解与整合,制定了适应各年级学生的三层次螺旋递进式实验开放内容。在阐述项目教学相关理论的基础上,构建了过程导向项目式实验室开放内容教学体系结构,通过龙门式三轴运动控制系统开发案例,详细介绍了项目教学的关键环节。经过4年的实践,切实提高了实验室设备利用率和师生参与度,有效提升了本科生工程实践与创新能力。In order to improve the students'ability of engineering practice,the open mode of motion control laboratory based on project driving is discussed and practiced.According to the complexity of motion control related projects in the field of machinery and the comprehensiveness of solutions,the knowledge,ability and accomplishment needed for project solutions are decomposed and integrated again,and the three-level spiral progressive experimental open content adapted to students of all grades is formulated.Based on the theory of project-based teaching,the open content teaching system structure of process-oriented project-based laboratory is constructed,and the key links of project-based teaching are introduced in detail through the development case of gantry three-axis motion control system.After four years of practice,the utilization rate of laboratory equipment and the participation of teachers and students have been effectively improved,and the engineering practice and innovation ability of undergraduates have been effectively improved.
